All Holden Day
The 3rd March is the all Holden day at the Geelong show grounds. Last year we had a few member’s cars there which got a lot of attention.
This year we hope we can get a few more there to show what the WDCC members get up to in their Holdens. If you are keen on joining us please let us know on wdccrally@gmail.com . If you can leave you contact details we will let you know times and numbers. Some of WDCC members Holdens.
Navigation School
We would like to get some expressions of interest for a Navigational school on the 22nd of April 2012.
The day will include plotting and mapping just to name a few things for the morning session. The Afternoon session will be putting your new skills to work with a leisurely drive.

Come and Try day
The WDCC plans on holding a come and try day on the 26th May 2012.
These days are great to get new members involved into the autocross scene and to meet other members. Members can bring family and friends out to the track and take them for a ride. Non members are most welcome.

Welcome to 2012. This year promises to be an exceptional year in motorsport. The first event for the year will be the scrutineering course to be held on the 21st and 22nd of January. If you are interested in attending, please let DJ know vie email or phone.
Alpine Rally..
For the first time in nearly 10 years I let Brett go out and play at a rally without me. After knowing I was going to miss an ALPINE, for racing of a different kind, I let young Jimi Rooke have a go in the silly seat in the freshly built Mobil 1 Round Australia Replica with Brett. Marysville Stages 2011
Photos of club members at the recent Marysville stages. Including the long awaited return of Brett Ross & Jason Hague. It seems the members. Of WDCC, were having their own V8 Commodore cup! No less than 3 V8 commodores were running. Besides Brett and Jason, there’s Richard and James in the ute, and Andrew and Brett in the other sedan. The big Aussie V8s were a huge hit with spectators as they filled the forest with the unmistakable engine note. See HERE for a full report and some More photos and some video.
